The Journey to Sourcing Ethical Aloe Vera

Portrait of Tran Lam

By Tran Lam • Nov 05

In a world where speed often trumps quality, we chose to take the long road. Our search for the perfect Aloe Vera wasn't just about finding a supplier; it was about finding a partner who understood that true beauty begins with respect for the earth.

We traveled to the arid landscapes of central Vietnam, where the soil is sandy and the sun is relentless—conditions that, paradoxically, produce the most potent, nutrient-rich aloe leaves.

"We believe that what you put on your skin should be as pure as the earth it came from. No shortcuts, no compromises."

The Harvest Process

Every morning before the heat peaks, farmers hand-select only the mature outer leaves. This method ensures the plant continues to thrive and regenerate. It is a slow, manual process that machinery simply cannot replicate without damaging the delicate inner gel.

Once harvested, the leaves are processed within hours to lock in the vitamins and enzymes. We witnessed this rigorous timeline firsthand, watching as the clear, cooling gel was extracted and prepared for our formulations.

Why It Matters

Ethical sourcing isn't a buzzword for us. It's the foundation of trust we build with you. Knowing exactly where your ingredients come from allows us to guarantee not just safety, but efficacy.
